This item can only be obtained by winning the games at The Carnival. The Game you have to win is "Growganoth Gulch"
This item is an Ultimate prize, and much harder to obtain than the other prizes.
Additional Information:
This item was introduced on the 13th of October, 2014, during the first Carnival.
This item grants the Double Jump mod. The player will also emit a shower of lightning bolts as they jump, and a random flurry of bolts when they die.
In trade worlds it is usually referred to as "ewings" or 'electro wings" without the blazing part.
They are usually preferred instead of Diamond Wings.
