Similar to the regular Winterfest Cracker, the Deluxe Winterfest Cracker must be used on another player. When consumed, the targeted player will get either a Winterfest Silver Paper Crown or a Winterfest Gold Paper Crown, while the player who used the Deluxe Winterfest Cracker will receive one of the following rewards:
