32?format=png&fill=cb-20241202093458 Evil Eye (Rarity: 55)

Don't let it look at you! Luckily it is very near-sighted so you'd have to actually touch it for it to see. Which would kill you, by the way.

The Evil Eye is an unsplicable toggleable deadly block which was added as part of Halloween Week 2013 on October 28, 2013.

Function[]

Being a toggleable deadly foreground block, the Evil Eye allows players to open and close itself by punching it. When toggled on, the item acts as a deadly block. When toggled off, it acts as a non-solid block which players can walk through.

Evil Eyes populate Growganoth's realm, occasionally switching between their open and closed state without warning. It is also used in the "Growganoth Gulch" minigame in the Carnival. It functions exactly the same in the Carnival as in the Growganoth event.

Trivia[]

  • The Evil Eye was changed from a non-solid tile to a solid block to prevent hackers from passing through it.
  • Before the non-solid tile to a solid block, this block could be used as a Display Box, allowing people to drop things into it.
