The FC Cleats is an unsplicable feet item which was added alongside the Sportsball Pack on July 17, 2015. One has a chance to be obtained from purchasing the said pack.
Function

When equipped, the player will be granted the Speedy mod, allowing them to move faster and replaces the player's punching animation to kicking the ball. When walking, the player kicks the ball causing the ball to bounce and returns to the player after a second.
