The Frozen Fountain is an unsplicable non-solid toggleable multi-framed animated foreground block that was added as part of Pre-WinterFest 2021 update on December 1, 2021.
Function[]
Being a toggleable multi-framed animated foreground block, a Frozen Fountain can be toggled on or off via punching. When toggled on, a Frozen Fountain will change its appearance, showing a 6-framed animation of water flowing out of the fountain.
