The Golden Apple is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of Halloween Week 2014.
Function
 Doctors won't come near you!

 You no longer repel doctors.

When consumed, it gives the player the Doctor Replusion mod, which prevents players from performing surgery on the player for 24 hours. However, unlike the latter, the Golden Apple can be used on other players, thus, it is able to remove other player's Legendary Title status for 24 hours.
Silkworm Food

This consumable can be fed to a Silkworm to give it a yellow color, thus allowing it to produce 1–10 
Silk Thread - Yellow per harvest. However, due to the Golden Apple's rarity, it isn't recommended to feed the item to a Silkworm.
Step 16 of the 
Quest For The Blade requires the player to deliver 1 of this item.
Trivia
- Golden Apples were given out by the ex-moderator STYX for completing the parkour in the world TALL. However, due to STYX's resignation, the item is now only obtainable by breaking a Golden Treasure Hoard, which have an extremely low chance of dropping one.
