A Horizontacles behaves as a platform, thus a player can jump pass through it from underneath.

Horizontacles are the horizontal counterparts of Vertentacles. Unlike the latter, Horizontacles function as platforms.
Horizontacles replaced the Hairy Arm from Gross-Out update for being "too gross".
