The Inside-Out Vampire Cape was introduced during Halloween Week 2015. It grants the player the Double Jump mod and creates a flurry of red bats upon the player's death. It is an extremely low chance from obtaining when consuming 25 Cape Tatters on yourself. Each time you jump, a red bat is released out of the cape and flies upwards, the bat gradually shrinks the higher it gets.
