• The Mini-Mod was implemented as a spoof of minimods, a term for players who take it upon themselves to enforce the game's rules within the playerbase instead of leaving the responsibility to the actual moderators of the game.
  • In Growtopia, minimods would typically tell other players not to drop items, in reference to the drop game scams.
