The Third Rollback Plaque (Rollback Plaque lll) is an item relased and available for the August, 2015 dubbed the Apology Weekend, and as compensation for the third rollback.
On August 9th, 2015, Hamumu made a thread on the forums saying that it was confirmed that another Rollback will take place, and Rollback Plaque III's will be splicable, but not drop any seeds.
How to SPLICE?
It was made by splicing Cave Background Seed with Sign Seed.
