When equipped, this item grants the Cheerful Giver mod, which allows the player to drop gems from their own balance around as they move.
When the player runs out of gems, no more of them will be dropped.
Trivia
- Dropping gems with a Sack O' Joy used to make one lose XPs, as players were able to gain them from picking up gems.
- Dropping gems into a Display Box or Transmatter Field no longer works due to a patch to prevent players selling gems to other players.
