The Skull Launcher is a splicable hand item which was added as part of the Night of the Sewing Dead update on February 3, 2017.

 You shoot skulls at people!

When equipped, the Skull Launcher grants the Rainin' Skulls mod, which replaces the Fist with skull projectiles that create black holes upon impact.
Although the Skull Launcher is able to launch skull projectiles even when its user is a Zombie, it cannot be used to kill zombies when its user is a Zombie themself.[1]
