A perfect Stonefish weighs 160lb. Thus, it can only be caught by using Fishing Flies with a Cursed Fishing Rod or by using a Whizmo Gizmo. Catching a perfect Stonefish for the first time will complete the epic quest "Catch a perfect Stonefish."
