The Train-E is an unsplicable non-solid foreground block which was added as part of the Blocktor's Orders update on June 13, 2019.
Function[]
The Train-E can help guide players on performing surgery. Completing a surgery on a Train-E will not reward the player a prize. When performing a surgery on a Train-E, a player's surgical tools will not be consumed. Completing surgeries on a Train-E whilst being over Surgeon Skill 20 will not result in a skill increase.
Trivia[]
- As of Player Appreciation Week 2020, Train-Es no longer give Caducei or give points during the Surgery Stars Clash Event.
- Train-E and Surg-E are references to the 2008 film Wall-E.
- As of Player Appreciation Week 2022 - Day 5, Train-E's are obtainable from the Surgery Starter Pack instead of the Surgical Kit. Additionally, Train-E's no longer consume tools and no longer drop prizes.
- An unsuccessful surgery on a Train-E will not destroy it and will not give the Malpractice mod to the player, unless the player disconnects from the game in the middle of the surgery.
